Because of this awesome write-up, we will be stopping here and spend the night the end of this month while exploring this region. Of course we will enjoy the enchiladas too! Can't wait.

Hi, I born in California but I grow up in Michoacán, and I currently reside in Wisconsin, I know this enchiladas' place, my parents use to take us to eat there when my brothers and me were little. The enchiladas and the vegetables are delicious, thanks to post this pictures, they are great they bring me a lot of memories, I even can smell that food through your pictures.

We are going to Morelia & Patzcuaro the first week in September and will go there for sure. Since I'm a vegetarian I am always excited to hear about good meatless meals. My husband Paul can have the chicken and I'll eat the enchiladas!

Just a heads-up: the enchiladas and vegetables are all cooked in lard. Some vegetarians turn a blind eye to the lard factor, others are more stringent.
